Here at Perryman’s Bakery, we think it’s the perfect time to gather your friends, pack a picnic basket and enjoy the best of the season.

As the weather warms up, our shelves fill with a selection of fresh, travel-friendly treats perfect for picnics, road trips or relaxed afternoons in the sunshine.

Whether you’re heading just down the road to Glover Park Playground, spending some time in the glorious parklands of North Adelaide or even at home in your own backyard, we’ve got plenty of options to make your picnic spread delicious and easy.

Our classic pies and pasties are always a family favourite – from our Chicken Parmigiana Pie of the Season to our Beef & Veg Pasty – there is something for everyone.

After something to graze on? Perhaps a cheese board paired with our famous Sourdough Breadstick, or Fig & Fennel loaf – there are the makings of a perfect picnic lunch!

Of course, no picnic is complete without something sweet. Our Gingerbread Babies add a touch of nostalgia and fun, while our pastries and slices make for an easy dessert to share.

Our Custard Tart and Beesting Bun are always crowd-pleasers – for something special, we recommend grabbing a mixed selection to share around.

Now that the festive season is fast approaching, we also have our divine Christmas range, from Fruit Mince Pies to our brandy-soaked Fruit Cakes.

Spring also marks one of our favourite times to enjoy North Adelaide itself. Tynte Street comes alive with colour, the trees along O’Connell Street start to bloom and there’s a lovely buzz in the air.
