At Perryman’s Bakery, we’ve been baking delicious bites for 100 years, and if there’s one treat that’s stood the test of time, it’s our gingerbread!

Our gingerbread recipe goes back through generations, and is a treasured part of our family history. Want to know a little secret? We use the exact same classic blend of ingredients and warm spices as Mrs Perryman did in 1925 – including ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg! We’ve still got the original, handwritten method straight from her recipe book. It’s a beautiful connection to our roots, and one we’re proud to carry on every single day.
